| PREPARE: During the prepare phase, Denny will guide you through the 3P Purchaser Strategy and review what you should expect from your home purchasing experience. He will complete a full needs assessment, and assist you in finding the right resources you’ll need to champion your purchase, such as a mortgage lender and home inspector. |
| PROSPECT: The prospecting phase is where, based on your criteria, Denny will actually find the homes you want to see. He uses a variety of methods for finding prospective homes, including the Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS) - Metro DC's Multiple Listing Service, For Sale By Owners, Classifieds, Yard Signs, and Open Houses. Once you have identified the homes you want to view, Denny will get you on your way to finding the one that’s right for you. |
PURCHASE: The final phase of the 3P Purchaser Strategy is, well, the purchase! Once you find the place you want to call home, Denny will assist you with creating the most attractive offer to present to the sellers. Once an offer is submitted, he will represent you fully, protecting your interests, and negotiate with the sellers as necessary.
