Assistance Programs

There are quite a few programs out there to help people become homeowners. Each state or jurisdiction has programs, as well as Federal based options (FHA) for a variety of income levels, including low-income assistance programs. Below are some resources to help you find the programs available in the Metro DC area, but you may also want to check your employer’s benefit package as some do offer special programs to home buyers.
